HUMAN RESOURCES

RPM Drilling prides itself in its professional team of top personnel. All personnel at RPM are highly qualified, and the management personnel have been in the service of RPM for a minimum of at least 12 years. We employ the best people for the job and ensure that they receive the training and guidance to execute their daily task with confidence. We are a Level 3 Contributor to B-BBEE and have 80 employees in our service.

SCOPE OF WORK & LOCATION

RPM Drilling offers a wide range of precision drilling in various sectors of the industry. Our clients include the farming sector, mining companies, developers (golf courses and residential estates etc), municipalities as well as private homeowners.

Our company services the whole of the Cape and parts of the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Cape. Currently, RPM Drilling has 6 drilling rigs in operation, to ensure that we cope with the demand from our client and to ensure we get the job done as promised.
